The Aladdin Product Marketing team is focused on driving product demand, adoption, and user engagement across our client community. We partner with Engineers, Product Managers, and our users to build products and deliver content that power informed decision-making, effective risk management, efficient trading, and operational scale. The Product Marketing Manager for Aladdin’s Fixed Income Trader user segment will be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive awareness and adoption of Aladdin’s suite of fixed income trading functionality, and ultimately client satisfaction and advocacy. As credit trading market structure continues to evolve, Aladdin continues to find new opportunities to deliver value to its users. As the owner of the Fixed Income Trader user segment, you will define and execute a strategy to maximize engagement, adoption, and satisfaction across the user community by partnering with stakeholders across the product, client and sales verticals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data to derive and cascade insights across the business and optimize strategy
  • Identify and execute on opportunities to partner with members of the credit trading ecosystem to produce positive outcomes for shared clients
  • Influence product direction by championing the voice of the community and weaving in fixed income market structure expertise
  • Engage with members of Aladdin’s credit trading user base ranging from Global Heads of Trading to junior line traders to keep a pulse on user sentiment and synthesize feedback
  • Craft and implement go-to-market strategies for our fixed income trading product set to drive client satisfaction and feature adoption
  • Partner with the Sales organization to provide thought leadership in credit trading pitches, engaging with prospects to articulate Aladdin’s differentiated value proposition in the fixed income trading space
  • Continue to refine and crystallize the product’s value proposition and positioning, and ensure that it is effectively communicated to internal stakeholders and end users

Job Requirements:

  • 6+ years’ experience in the fixed income trading technology space, ideally in a product marketing, sales or client engagement capacity
  • Ability to influence behavior at various levels of client organizations
  • Expertise in order management and execution management technology and workflows
  • Data-driven decision making, leveraging metrics to inform strategy
  • Deep understanding of credit trading market structure and key drivers in the ecosystem
  • Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of building relationships with credit traders to drive adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment and can work independently and in group settings
